Jeremy Midmer - Managing Director
Industry leader, executive advisor, and Chartered Surveyor for nearly 30 years, Jeremy has led development programmes and change projects for some of the most renowned companies and brands across the UK and globally.
Jeremy is an agitator and change agent. His unique skillset is well suited to advise and guide businesses on where to save time and cost as well as how to improve their development programmes and organisational structures to unlock greater benefits.
Midmer Ltd was conceived as an antidote to the lack of ownership and care Jeremy witnessed in some big companies. Jeremy brings honesty and integrity as well as a genuine wish for client success to every project. This shows in his leadership style and how he organises and empowers teams to perform at their best.
Jeremy regularly plays drums in two bands and is still trying for that perfect round of golf!

Niki Shefras
Director
Supporting the company’s strategic business development, as well as overseeing our portfolio of clients. Niki is quad lingual with a solid business background across multiple sectors and has a talent for connecting people, platforms and brands to create tangible value. Outside of the office, you will generally find her purposely lost in nature, sitting around a fire, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Mark Kovacs
Project Manager
Mark brings his experience in Construction and Facilities management to our team. With a strong focus on data-driven strategies, he excels in fostering lasting relationships with clients and contractors alike. He is dedicated to driving innovation and improvement in every project he undertakes. Outside of work, Mark prioritizes maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle and spending time with his friends.

Victoria Gable
Head of Operations
With 25 years of client side retail, commercial, real estate and development experience, Victoria is a resourceful and strategic leader & specialist in programme & project delivery including facilities maintenance. Victoria loves the challenging project and builds and leads a team to achieve success.Outside work she is a dedicated mother who enjoys being active, travelling and enjoying great food.

Jaz Salhotra
Project Manager
Jaz comes from a Commercial Property background, having covered Luxury and international Boutiques.
Client-focused and commercially aligned, Jaz wants to deliver elevation & innovation for your brand.

Storm Jones
Project Coordinator
Storm has excellent communication and organisation skills shaped from running teams in the events and hospitality sectors. She has a passion for turning concepts into successful projects and thoroughly enjoys the diverse range of client projects at Midmer.
Outside work she enjoys music events or trying new recipes.
