Project Management and Advisory Services

The Brief

We have been appointed to provide Project Management of New Stores, refurbishment and refits of Pandora BRIS (UK) stores with the roll out of their new Evoke 2.0 concept.

We have been appointed as an advisor to the Pandora BRIS store development and Property team on how they can gain greater cost control and improve the speed of project delivery as they roll out their new concept.

The Delivery

We continue to be a valued external Project Management resource for Pandora managing a number of new and refurbishment projects all over the UK working closely alongside the in-house PM team.

We have initiated a number of changes within the Pandora store development processes and supplier list to deliver great quality, speed and controllable cost. We have supported with the implementation of a new schedule of rates, changes in consultants, direct suppliers and  shopfitting suppliers to deliver smoother project delivery and provide greater project cost control and team working.

This commission is a great example of how Midmer works in partnership with high street retailers to manage, control, support and add value to their project delivery. Our system of briefing back ‘lessons learnt’ adds value for all future stores.

Achievements

With our advisory support, Pandora have new robust store development processes and procedures in place and framework conracts with their preferred suppliers. We have created a new store development programme reporting tool for Pandora to help them maintain focus on projects during their delivery process and have also analysed all their capex investment cost data to target incremental improvements and deliver continual value from our service. The Pandora BRIS team are now seen as the 'trailblazers' of design development and delivery speed and quality within the Pandora global property portfolio.
