The Brief
Midmer was appointed to provide Property and Store Development support for House of Cavani as part of the opening of a new flagship store in Leeds city centre.
The Delivery
Midmer managed all property matters throughout the project, including lease advice, repairing obligations and landlord works. We oversaw landlord works on site and issued the schedule of condition, ensuring clear protection and alignment from the outset.
Alongside this, Midmer managed the rollout of the new store design concept, built a robust supply chain and led all pre contract activities through to delivery.
Achievements
Midmer successfully project managed the full design, procurement and construction process, coordinating all parties to ensure smooth delivery of the new Leeds store. By managing both the property and construction elements under one coordinated approach, Midmer reduced risk, improved communication across stakeholders and maintained momentum throughout the programme. Our retail property and project management experience allowed the team to quickly integrate with House of Cavani and deliver the new concept to the required standard from lease negotiation through to store opening.
