The Brief
Midmer has been appointed to provide sustainability advice to House of Fraser as part of their on-going development roll out.
The Delivery
Midmer provided advice on how to increase sustainability and maintain brand consistency throughout their current design specification managing various concession brands as they enter their stores.
Achievements
Midmer reviewed the current operational process and highlighted many changes and improvements to increase speed, visibility and lower cost of future capital projects. The review also created a scope of consistency for concession brands entering the stores.
