Project Management of retail stores and of UK licensees

The Brief

We were appointment to provide Project Management support for the UK estate, managing local licensees. We supported the internal Starbucks construction management team to oversee new stores and major refurbishment projects completed by their local licensing partners.

The Delivery

Starbucks are a design focussed company, therefore the project management role worked closely with the Starbucks internal design team to maintain global brand standards, customer experience and design look and feel for each store.

This commission is a great example of how Midmer works closely alongside high street retailers and brands, takes on responsibility to support and then manages their supply chain to deliver their investment programmes across their existing estate.

Achievements

30 stores completed including new stores, drive through formats and major refurbishments.
