Programme Management (PMO) of retail stores and of EMEA licensees

The Brief

Midmer was appointed to provide Programme Management of the EMEA renovation programme managing international licensees.

 

Our role was to oversee new stores and major refurbishments and visit to check off store completions in line with brand standards.

The Delivery

Starbucks are a design focussed client and therefore the role works closely with the Starbucks internal design team to maintain the brand standards, customer experience and design look and feel for each store.

This commission is a great example of how Midmer works in partnership with high street retailers and brands to support, manage and deliver investment programmes across their existing estate.

150 new store fit outs per year

Midmer helped design and update Starbucks licensees procurement and shopfit equipment supply base process including training through instructional videos to maintain brand design consistency.
