The Brief
Midmer has been appointed to provide Project Management (on behalf of CDS Group) of the speedy roll out of The Range stores following acquisition of various Homebase stores.
The Delivery
Midmer provided PM services, managing the fast paced (3 week turn around at each site). programme overseeing and aligning various direct and nominated suppliers to achieve this incredible target. Working alongside The Range and CDS Group colleagues we delivered projects across South East England and Ireland.
Achievements
This was a highly logistical programme with no time for delays. Midmer directly managed main contractors, all approved suppliers and operational interfaces delivering the required finish within very short timescales.
