The Brief
Midmer has been appointed to provide project management support to Waterstones across their UK estate delivering both new high street stores and refurbishment projects.


The Delivery
Midmer’s role as Lead Project Manager provides full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of new sites and store refurbishments working collaboratively with the Waterstones Construction and Design team.
This commission is a great example of how Midmer works in partnership with high street retailers to manage, control, support and add value to their project delivery. Our system of briefing back ‘lessons learnt’ adds value for all future stores.


Achievements
Midmer directly managed all approved suppliers and operational interfaces delivering a high-quality finish within very short timescales and on budget.
